Yes! Our framed mirrors are made to order and tailored to your measurements. After we receive your overall size measurements (from you or our install team), we will adjust the standard size to perfectly match your space.

We will always make your mirror smaller, or up to 4” taller at no additional cost. Should you require a wider mirror than selected, we suggest choosing the next available size. If you purchase a size smaller than required, we will charge the difference between the original selection and the next size up.

For our online framed mirror products, no. If you would like to use your own mirror, please visit one of our 7 retail locations in the Phoenix Metro area.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer that service. If your mirror is not actually glued to the wall, we usually dispose of it. For mirror removal, we recommend the following companies:

No, we do not offer that product at this time. We recommend you get your mirror removed and purchase a new framed mirror that perfectly fits your space.

We offer free mirror delivery within the Phoenix metro area. If you are located outside greater Phoenix, we can ship mirrors via crate shipping. Please contact us online or call us at 602-357-2252 for a crate shipping quote.

Local Phoenix metro area delivery is included in your purchase; you may also pick your mirror up in store. Want us to hang it too? We are happy to install your framed mirror for an additional fee. Starting at $120, for up to 3 framed mirrors.

Absolutely! You can pick up your framed mirror at any Hall of Frames or Paradise Picture Frame location in Arizona at no additional cost.

Yes, we offer free frame moulding samples for all 6 frames available online. Order today and pickup in-store or ship to your home for a $5 flat rate shipping fee. Shipping fee will be deducted from your final framed mirror purchase.

All made to order framed mirrors are non-returnable, except in the case of a defective product. Please order a sample or visit a store before you order to ensure you’re 100% happy with your design.
