A professional picture framer must possess excellent communication and math skills. Candidates interested in this opportunity do not necessarily need to have framing experience, as we have framers that have been with us for over 30 years that will provide mentorship & guidance. Candidates must be able to read a measuring tape, enjoy using their hands, and have a general eye for color and design.

In this position, you’ll design and construct frames to protect and display items like photographs, original watercolors, paintings on canvas, posters, certificates, 3-D objects like medals and sports memorabilia and more. Each day will present a unique challenge and our experienced framers love challenges here at Hall of Frames! The job description is to truly have fun while working with people to frame their memories.

We operate Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays so that our employees can enjoy a work-life balance. 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Mat cutting
Dry Mounting
Archival quality framing & hanging
Stretching canvas paintings
Sports jersey & other fabric sew downs
Needlepoint and stitchery sew downs
Shadowbox framing
Retail sales of frames and picture framing services
Operation of computer Point of Sale (POS) register and custom framing software
Store maintenance and merchandising

Work Qualifications:

Excellent fractional math skills
Able to measure and read a measuring tape
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong customer-service skills
Basic computer skills
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Dependable and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Prior experience as a picture framer is a huge asset

We have an immediate opening for a full-time frame-creating wizard in our Picture Framing Warehouse. What will you be doing? You’ll be helping people put their best face forward by building beautiful mirrors and picture frames for residences all across The Valley! You’ll also be cutting and joining frames for our Commercial clients. Working in our air-conditioned warehouse/distribution center in North Phoenix, you’ll be hands-on with every aspect of frame production—from construction of picture frames, photo frames, and mirrors to packaging the finished pieces for delivery.

This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position with overtime available as needed. Experience in picture framing or wood crafting will definitely put you on the top of our list, but is by no means a qualification. Fitting cut mirrors into frame and attaching hardware
Carefully wrapping and logging each completed piece
Loading, unloading, and preparing items for transport
Light housekeeping of warehouse and building perimeter
Other Miscellaneous tasks

We have immediate openings for full-time art installers to join our seasoned team of professionals. This is a fun and interesting position working with a great team of artistic people in a creative environment. No problem! Specialized training will be provided, so you’ll be ready to make any wall more beautiful.

A bit about the feel of the job: A Hall of Frames art installer is a representative of the company. You must be a people person who ultimately strives to make the client happy. You’ll be involved in handling and installing framed artwork and mirrors in residences and in businesses. You’ll load and unload artwork/mirrors and deliver it to its destination. In addition to safely handling the art/mirror, you will work with the client to ensure the desired placement on their walls. After the client is thrilled with your services, you’ll be responsible for collecting any payment that may be due.

Work Qualifications:

Valid Arizona State “D” Operator Driver’s License
Clean driving record (no moving violations within the last 3 years)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to climb ladders & stairs
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
Familiar with the Phoenix metropolitan area. Able to read maps/use GPS
High School diploma or GED.


Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Load & unload merchandise to/from delivery trucks to location. Check all items for damage before loading and after unloading
Transport items to job site for installation
Document any damage or item returning to warehouse
Operation of warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, & hand trucks
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocol on job sites (such as wearing a helmet, booties, vests, and goggles)
Properly fill out trip logs using our mobile software system
Use of security lock hanging hardware, Z-Bar, D-Rings, and wall buddies
Maintain quality service by following organizational standards, policies, and procedures
Provide excellent service to customers
Comply with Federal, State, Local, and company transportation and driving regulations
Maintain effective, positive and professional working relationships with staff, vendors, customers, and the public
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

We have an immediate opening for a full-time general laborer to join our team as an apprentice for our delivery and installation team. This is an entry level position and a wonderful opportunity to learn a unique skill.

In this position, you will be assisting the lead installer while learning a skilled trade. When not assigned to a delivery install appointment the general laborer will be assigned custodian duties at the corporate office/distribution center.

Work Qualifications:

Reliable and punctual
Able to lift 50-60 lbs. effortlessly
Able to stand, stoop, kneel, climb, bend, crouch, reach for long periods
Able to climb up and down stairs/ladders
Able to work and communicate well with team members
Comfortable work shoes/boots. Steel toes preferred

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Delivery & Install Apprentice: Provide labor support for Delivery & Install crew

Punctual arrival to work site
Load trucks from warehouse
Perform setup at job site. Unload truck and carry mirrors/art to designated floor/room
Assist installation team with lifting and hanging framed pieces
Provide cleanup tasks at job site

Warehouse Staff/Custodian: Perform tasks as needed for cleaning building

Sweeping & Mopping
Replacing light bulbs (requires climbing ladders)
Cleaning kitchen/bathrooms
Trash & recyclables removal
Window cleaning
Light landscape maintenance (may include light trimming/planting)
