What are Cookies?

A cookie is a small data file placed on your hard drive by certain web sites you visit. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. The information stored by one site into a cookie cannot be read by another web site.

Why do We Use Cookies and Other Technologies?

We use cookies, pixel tags, and web beacons to provide you a richer, more personalized experience on our site, and to customize your shopping experience by remembering who you are when you revisit our site. We use both persistent cookies that remain on your computer or mobile device (such as to save your user ID and login password for future login to the site) and session cookies (to track images you have uploaded or products you have added to your shopping cart, without losing the cart data). Session cookies expire when you close your web browser, erasing any images you have uploaded, or products added to your shopping cart.

Linked or Partner Sites

Our site may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that Hall of Frames® is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

Opt-out Choices

Every email campaign we send provides you with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us. If you have opted out of getting promotional emails, we may still send you transactional and administrative messages, such as online purchase receipts, order status notifications, and responses to your questions about past, current, and future purchases.

You can visit the Contact Us form on our web site, select the appropriate Subject (“Update your email address on our mailing list” or “Unsubscribe from our mailing list”), and submit the completed form. You can also call the following telephone number and ask to be removed from future mailings: (602) 923-4998.

How We Use Email

Occasionally, we send out email updates on products, sales, special events, and promotions via our opt-in email newsletter software. Customers who have opted-in and we think might be interested in learning about this information will receive these emails. Email offers that you receive from Hall of Frames® will tell you how to decline further email offers or unsubscribe. We also use email as a means of communicating with our customers. We love to hear from you, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments.

Declining Email Offers

The USA Hall of Frames® provides customers with a means of declining email offers. Although most customers tell us they appreciate receiving notice of these opportunities, we recognize the importance of providing you with an option to opt out. At any time, you may request to discontinue receiving these offers from us by simply following the instructions contained in the email about how to stop receiving email notifications.

Changes to Privacy Statement

We may occasionally change our Privacy Statement. If we do, we will post the new Privacy Statement on the site. The changes will take effect as soon as posted.

Children’s Privacy Statement

The Hall of Frames® has designed this policy in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") for the Site.

Although our web site is not specifically directed toward children, and we do not attempt to collect information from children, we recognize that parents and children visit this site because of the range of products we offer. This provides us with the opportunity to help educate consumers about the Federal Trade Commission's Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule. Please visit www.ftc.gov for information from the Federal Trade Commission about protecting children’s privacy online.

Policy Regarding Children’s Use of Site

We recommend that an adult accompany children when using content on the site. Hall of Frames® will never knowingly collect any personal information about children. Personal information is never collected from users who are not registered. Until registration has been completed, our system does not actually store any personal information.

Hall of Frames® does not substantively monitor our public areas such as the HOF Blog or other social-media outlets except to determine compliance with our Terms of Use and Children’s Privacy Statement. We do not require any user to disclose personal information to post in, or otherwise use the public areas of the site.
