Not love at first sight? It happens. For those “it’s-not-you-it’s-me” moments, we offer an accommodating return policy.  If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, let us know; and we’ll make it right.

You may return new and un-opened readymade merchandise within 30 days of purchase in-store, or within 30 days of receipt by mail for a refund of the final purchase price (minus any applicable shipping/delivery fees). An original purchase receipt, packing list, or gift receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. The following custom products and/or services are not eligible for return:

  • Custom Framing Orders
  • Online Printing Orders
  • Laser Engraving
  • Delivery & Installation
  • Packaging & Shipping
  • Gift Cards & Certificates
  • Pre-cut Matboards
  • Damaged Items
  • Final Sale or Clearance Items

Sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s okay. Begin your return or exchange process below:

In-Store

Visit your nearest Hall of Frames store in Arizona for free returns.
We are open Monday – Saturday | 10am – 6pm.

By Mail

Start your request online and mail your items back. Return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

More returns and exchanges information

All refunds must be accompanied by the original order receipt, packing slip, or gift receipt, and any packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. Refunds for merchandise purchased online and returned by mail will not be processed to your credit or debit card account until merchandise is received and inspected at Hall of Frames Headquarters.

Purchases by Credit or Debit Card will be credited to the original credit or debit card only. Please allow 5 business days for refund to post to your account.

Purchases with Cash or Check will be refunded in-store up to $35.00 in cash. If over $35.00, a company check will be mailed via USPS on the next business day (Monday-Friday). Please allow 7-10 days for receipt.

Gifted Merchandise/Receipts will be refunded to a Hall of Frames gift card for the amount on the gift receipt.

If you would like to exchange an eligible item purchased online or in-store with another item of equal, lessor, or greater value, please visit one of our stores for details. We do not process exchanges by mail. Items being exchanged for equal or greater value need to be completed in-store.

Online Orders
If you need to cancel or change your online order for any reason, please call us at 602-357-2252 or email us at [email protected] within one (1) hour of receiving your order confirmation email. After that, we are unable to refund or cancel any order due to the quick nature in which we process, pack, and ship your order.

In-store Custom Frame Orders
Custom framing is designed and crafted to your exact specifications, and any specially-ordered materials are not suitable for resale. We are happy to help change, modify, cancel, and refund your order as long as you notify the store you visited by 10:30AM the following day. After that, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

If your merchandise has been damaged in shipment, was made incorrectly, or has any manufacturer defects, we offer hassle-free returns or replacements at no cost to you. Shipping damages must be reported here within two(2) days of receipt. To complete your return/replacement, we may require photos of the damage. If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photos, we may request additional information or that you return the item before the return/replacement can be processed. Please keep product and all original packaging materials until your request has been completed

Photo Print Doesn’t Meet Expectations:

Please understand that there are differences in computer monitor/mobile device color calibration and our printer. The colors you see on your computer or mobile device will be slightly different from the print you receive. In the event that you are not satisfied due to color, size, print type, or options selected, the Hall of Frames will issue a (one-time) re-print of equal or lesser value at no charge. Customer will be responsible for providing a new/updated print file, shipping the original print back, and also for return shipping & any order expedition charges if desired. Should the print not meet your expectations, please click here & notify us within 7 days of receipt.

We understand typos happen! Please notify us by emailing [email protected] or calling us at 602-357-2252 within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production we may not be able to update the shipping address.

If an order is returned to the Hall of Frames as “undeliverable” or lost in delivery due to customer error when entering the shipping address, we will not provide a refund for the original shipping costs. However, we will re-ship the order to the correct address and the customer will be charged for new shipping charges.
