I stopped in around midday on Thursday to see if I could get two images framed for my partner’s birthday the next day, and Brenda was SOOOO helpful and patient as we picked out the perfect frames and mattes. She said they would do their best to get the framing done for the next day, and they did. The frames came out amazing and the timing was excellent. Fantastic customer service from people who obviously really care about the art of framing. I would come back here anytime I need something framed!

I recently went to Hall of Fames with a very challenging framing project that I had all but given up on. The associate who helped me was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She proposed numerous creative solutions that no one else had previously thought of. Additionally, they have a vast selection of framing materials to choose from which made it very easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Their prices were a little bit higher than the other shops but well worth it given the expertise they provide. If I were framing something inexpensive or lacking sentimental value, I might consider other options but otherwise this is definitely the place to go.

Hall of Frames did a fantastic job framing my grandmother’s pendants. They created a piece of art I will cherish forever. From start to finish, I had an excellent experience. Catherine was so helpful and patient with me. She helped me choose the frame and board as well as helped layout the pendants in a shape that was pleasing. She also went over step by step how the pendants would be handled and secured to the board. It was so nice to leave my pendants with Hall of Frames, knowing they would do a great job with the final product. I had no doubt they’d do a great job & I was not disappointed! We purchased these beautiful aluminum art wall panels from Amazon. They are intended for indoor use, but felt they would look amazing outside on the patio wall at our condo in Rocky Point.
Upon receiving them we realized the attached thin hanging brackets would not be adequate for our sea winds.
After searching various options for months, I went to Hall of Frames in Scottsdale.
They devised a perfect, custom solution, and also built it perfectly. Their communication and service during the entire process was above and beyond. They even got it done two weeks early.
Even more, the skilled craftsman there who engineered it even took the time to go through the detailed installation instructions, which I recorded. The video helped my installer put them up without a problem.
And, very importantly, they are rock-solidly secure, which is required for the winds off the Sea of Cortez we sometimes get.
Lots of places can frame something; these fine people take ownership in providing exactly what you want and need.

I have used this frame shop for two big, and important to me projects this year. One was a shadow box with my late mother's Brownie dress from the 1940s, which I gave to her great granddaughter who is in Brownies. The other was my mother's baby dress. The man who took my orders was very kind, friendly and extremely helpful and patient. He helped with colors and frame. I trusted his judgement. He did a superb job with both projects. The manager was there when I picked the baby dress up, and was super friendly and told me she helped with important decisions on the project. These projects were delicate and complicated. They did an absolutely excellent job. The only thing I wish is that I knew about sales they have. Right now, holiday season and on Black Friday, the have 50% off. I missed out on that. I highly recommend this shop for all your framing needs.
