I am never not going to be a fan of Hall of Frames. I got connected to Hall of Frames around the time my eldest dog was about to pass away. I needed a print cut by an inch or so, so it could be framed. Sarah (the manager) told me to stop on by and took care of it within seconds. Sarah and I got to talking about my dog, we cried a little together and she gave me her information if I ever needed anything in the future.
Since my dog's passing, I've wanted to not necessarily "return the favor", but rather support a business that genuinely gives a damn about the customers within their community.
Sarah and her team (I think the other gentleman I've worked with is Jacob? SO SORRY IF I MIXED UP YOUR NAME) are so fun to chat and work with. I've gotten a variety of custom frames done over the last few months and simply am in love with the experience of working with Hall of Frames, and the quality of their product every single time.
My understanding is Hall of Frames is a family owned business, I gotta say, THIS is how you run a business and I look forward to returning again for more projects.

I’ve had 3 pieces of art framed here and they did a very nice job each time. Always friendly and thorough with their consultation. Very professional and all around excellent business. Pricing is on the higher side generally. Be prepared for that. Could be worth it if you really care about the artwork.

Sara was amazing in helping us with designing and completing a military shadowbox for our family. She was so attentive to understanding the details of the various military artifacts we wanted in the box and helped immensely getting everything laid out in such a way as to really show off the medals, patches, rank, and various other memorabilia. What was really special, was her genuine interest/personal investment in helping us honor our family member with the shadowbox. You don't find this level of commitment every day. We are truly grateful for Sara's work and talent in helping us complete this military shadowbox. It can now be now hung and displayed proudly! I have had several pictures in the past framed by this store and always had a wonderful experience. They have exceeded my expectations with whatever picture I brought them to frame.
Recently, I had the same wonderful experience dealing with Zac and Sarah at this same store. I brought in a Japanese print that I have had for several years and finally decided to frame it. Zac didn't let me down. He did a beautiful job and I'm so happy that he was the one who worked on it.
