I moved here from the East Coast and was putting up my artwork and broke a frame. A quick search by ratings and reviews compelled me to drive to Hall of Frames on Frye in Chandler. Diana was very helpful in a replacement frame selection ( I brought the piece with me ) and even framed it for me since I don't have the manual dexterity I did in younger years. I highly recommend this "mom and pop" over any franchise out there and commend Diana for being outstanding.

Lianna & Diana were amazing architects in helping me create a one of kind beautiful frame as a gift for my Son. I wanted a copy of their wedding photo to include a portion of my speech at their ceremony but in something unique. It came together so beautifully that I got tears when I saw it for the first time.

I had some pictures that I needed refraimed. They were very important to me because one was a tapestry of my family's ancestral home. Diana was very helpful and understood how important this was. She helped me pick an appropriate frame and border. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome. She even gave me a old map of the general area where the tapestry originated from that I'm going to convert into a picture. Just outstanding service and I truly appreciated her work.

It's not like I get pictures framed everyday but I had two portraits made of my dogs that had recently passed. The portraits of Jake and Jessie are the most special items in my house and I didn't want to just stick them in a frame. The process of picking out frames is daunting with so many mats and frame choices. Diana helped me choose the perfect combination of colors and frames that brings out the beauty of the pictures. The portraits were done in pastel and need a little extra care and to be framed in a particular way. I was confident leaving these delicate drawings with Diana knowing she would keep them safe. When the frames were ready I picked them up from Lianna. She told me how to hang the frames and gave me the hooks to do so. I probably would have had a much more difficult time hanging the pictures if left to my own devices. Both women were so lovely. I hope to have more pictures to frame and will come back to the Hall of Frames in Chandler.
